PersonalityIQ is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy service, psychiatric service, employment decision tool, or legal advisory service.

Our assessment results:

• are based on user self-report answers;
• are intended for personal reflection only;
• should not be used as the sole basis for medical, mental health, employment, hiring, relationship, financial, or legal decisions.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Purchases and Payments

Some parts of the Service may be offered for a fee. Pricing displayed on the website forms part of these Terms.

By purchasing a paid report, you authorize us or our authorized payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable one-time purchase amount.

6. Refunds

We offer a 30-day refund policy for first-time purchases of paid reports. Refund requests may be submitted to support@pubglob.com. We may deny refund requests in cases of abuse, fraud, repeated refund misuse, or where prohibited by law.

You agree not to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HX Technology Co., Ltd. and PersonalityIQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific paid product giving rise to the claim.
